RENTING
CONDITIONS
CHECK - IN: Saturday at 17:00 h
CHECK - OUT: Friday until 17:00 h
The last night on board until Saturday morning at 09:00 h is
included.
REPEAT BOOKINGS: One option of your choice and last
cleaning free of charge.
DEPOSIT: Payable on spot in cash / Travellers-Cheques
/ Visa card / Euro card /
The deposit can be reduced to € 250,- against payment of 3,5
% of list price - payable at signature of the contract.
TRANSITLOG: Transit log € 75.- , payable on spot
INSURANCE : All yachts are fully insured against
total loss and third party liability with selfbehalf of the
amount of the deposit.
The loss of dinghy, outboard-motor or windsurfer are within
the selfbehalf and not covered by the insurance.
Crew and their personal possessions are not covered by the
yachts insurance.
We highly recommend to take care for a personal insurance
coverage.
The Skipper must be holder of a valid sailing license or
provide a proof of his previous sailing experience.
PAYMENTS: 30 % at booking, 70 % latest 2 months
before beginning of the charter.
CANCELLATION: In case of a cancellation we reserve
the right to withhold the amounts paid so far. Only if the
booking can be replaced, will we be able to refund the
amounts received,deducting a possible price difference and a
cancellation fee of € 180,-.
We highly recommend a personal cancellation insurance.
EQUIPMENT: All yachts are equipped with:
Furling genoa; wheel steering; VHF-Radio, CD Player,
additional service battery,electric windlass, refrigerator,
cockpit-shower; cockpit-table, GPS and Bimini. Most yachts
are equipped with:Electronic wind speed and autopilot
standard.
BED LINEN: Covers are on board. Sheets and towels can
be ordered in advance or at embarkation.
FORMALITIES: According to Turkish authorities, a
Transit log is obligatory for every charter. If you send us
the following documents latest one week before the beginning
of your charter, we can arrange all necessary formalities in
advance. If you send the documents by mail, please allow two
weeks for delivery.
We need:
-Complete Crewlist with first and last name, address, date
of birth, place of birth, nationality and passport number.
-Copy of skipper’s sailing license
Please note: Departure may be delayed and fees may
increase, if we don’t receive these documents in time.
TRANSFER: We can organize your transfer from the
airport to the marina and back. For this we need at the
latest one week before your charter:date and time of
arrival, flight number and number of persons. A driver will
wait for you at the airport with your name sign and bring
you directly to your yacht in the marina.If you arrive
before 24:00 h, one of our staff will wait for you at the
yacht. Guests who arrive after midnight can also spend the
night on board, provided that we are informed of the arrival
time. Every yacht is thoroughly cleaned and checked before
each charter. On every yacht you will find a complete
inventory list. One of our colleagues will carefully
introduce you to your yacht and give explanations about the
boat and the sailing area.
